This notice explains which personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have (Art. 13 GDPR).

2. Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. as hosting provider and processor, under a data processing agreement. When you open a page, the server records your IP address, the date and time, the requested page, the referring page and browser data in its log file. This is needed to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in a working and secure website. The log entries are kept for a limited period set by the host and then deleted automatically.
3. Enquiry form
When you send the form, Claudia receives the details you enter: name, organisation or show, e-mail address, type of enquiry, language, date or window, audience and message, together with the time you sent it. The form is sent to forms.claudiatrimde.com, the Command Station that Claudia runs on Vercel (Vercel Inc. as processor, under a data processing agreement). It is stored there as a case, so that Claudia can answer you, and is answered from claudia@trimde.com.
Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given with the checkbox. You can withdraw it at any time by e-mail; this does not affect the processing carried out before. The enquiry is kept for 12 months after the last reply and then deleted. If you write to claudia@trimde.com directly, your message is processed to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
4. YouTube and other links
Videos load from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you tap Load video. Your tap is your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. From then on YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and device data and can store or read information on your device. You can close the player at any time. Links to YouTube, SlideShare, IMDb, LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other sites are ordinary links: data goes to those providers only when you follow them, and their own privacy notices apply.
5. Fonts
The fonts are stored on this site's own server. Opening a page sends no request to a font provider.
6. Cookies
Without your consent the pages are served without cookies and without storing data in your browser. The only exception is the note of your choice (accept or decline), which this site keeps in your browser storage so that it does not ask again; it contains no personal data.
7. Statistics
If you accept in the cookie banner, this site uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Purpose: to understand anonymously which pages are read, so the site can be improved. Google sets cookies and receives your device and usage data; your IP address is anonymised and not stored (the GA4 default). Before you accept, nothing is loaded from Google and no cookie is set. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. Retention: event data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Transfers to the USA rest on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023), under which Google LLC is certified. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page; this does not affect processing carried out before. You can also delete the cookies in your browser.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
